An Act
granting a Pension to Patrick Kelly.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Secretary of War be directed to place the name of Patrick Kelly upon the invalid pension roll; and that a pension be granted to said Patrick Kelly, at the rate of eight dollars a month, from and after the eighth day of May, eighteen hundred and forty-six.
