An Act
For the relief of Frank M. Russell.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
, That, for the purpose of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Frank M. Russell shall be held and considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence on September 1, 1948, upon payment of the required visa fee.
