An Act
For the relief of Mrs. Amelia Doria Nicholson.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Amelia Doria Nicholson, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview’ of section 201(b) of that Act, and the provisions of section 204 of that Act shall not be applicable in this case.
