To amend the Act of October 21, 1978 (92 Stat. 1675; Public Law 95–498).
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the Act of October 21, 1978 (92 Stat. 1675; Public Law 95–498) is hereby amended by inserting in section 1(b)(2), before the phrase “Section 5:”, the heading “Township 13 North, Range 4 East”.
