To designate the building known as the Federal Building in Morgantown, West Virginia, as the “Harley O. Staggers Federal Building”.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
That the building at
Harley O. Staggers Federal Building.
Designation.
75 High Street, Morgantown, West Virginia (commonly known as the Federal Building), shall hereafter be known, called, and designated as the “Harley O. Staggers Federal Building”. Any reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Harley O. Staggers Federal Building”.

The authorization contained in section 1 of this Act shall
