Effective Date of Repeal

Short Title of 2007 Amendment
Pub. L. 110–140, title X, § 1001, , 121 Stat. 1748, provided that: “This title [amending section 2916 of this title] may be cited as the ‘Green Jobs Act of 2007’.”
Short Title of 2006 Amendment
Pub.
