§ 22a was not found in Title 3

No section with the USLM identifier /us/usc/t3/s22a exists in this release point.

Sections that were repealed usually remain as a tombstone carrying the repealing act, but ones that were omitted or transferred are absent from the XML entirely. A few appear only under a combined number, such as 1401...1407 for a repealed run of sections.
