§ 702m. Interest of Members of Congress in contracts for acquisition of land
Statutory text
In every contract or agreement to be made or entered into for the acquisition of land either by private sale or condemnation as in sections 702a, 702b to 702d, 702e to 702g, 702h, 702i, 702j, 702k, 702l, 702m, and 704 of this title provided the provisions contained in section 6306(a) of title 41 shall be applicable.

Sec. 14. In every contract or agreement to be made or entered into Interest of Members of Congress in acquisition of lands, prohibited. R.S.,sec. 3741, p. 737. U. S. Code, p. 1310. for the acquisition of land either by private sale or condemnation as in this Act provided the provisions contained in section 3741 of the Revised Statutes being section 22 of title 41 of the United States Code shall be applicable.
