§ 3502a. Administrator of Social and Rehabilitation Service; appointment and confirmation

Appointments made on or after , to the office of Administrator of the Social and Rehabilitation Service, within the Department of Health and Human Services, shall be made by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
