Section 3511, Pub. L. 93–282, title II, § 201, , 88 Stat. 134; Pub. L. 94–371, § 8, , 90 Stat. 1040; Pub. L. 96–88, title V, § 509(b), , 93 Stat. 695, which established the Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health Administration and National Panel on Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health, was redesignated section 501 of the Public Health Service Act by Pub. L. 98–24, § 2(b)(2), , 97 Stat. 176, and is classified to section 290aa of this title.
