Chapter 19 — Rock Island Railroad Employee Assistance
§ 1011. Authority of Railroad Retirement Board
Statutory text
The Board may prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out its duties under this chapter.
In carrying out its duties under this chapter, the Board may exercise such of the powers, duties, and remedies provided in subsections (a), (b), and (d) of section 362 of this title as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.

Sec. 114. authority of the railroad retirement board (a) The Board may prescribe such regulations as may be 45 USC 1011. necessary to carry out its duties under this title. (b) In carrying out its duties under this title, the Board may exercise such of the powers, duties, and remedies provided in subsections (a), (b), and (d) of section 12 of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act (45 U.S.C. 362 (a), (b), and (d)) as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this title.
