§ 918. Authority of Railroad Retirement Board
Statutory text
The Board may prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out its duties under this chapter.
In carrying out its duties under this chapter, the Board may exercise such of the powers, duties, and remedies provided in subsections (a), (b), and (d) of section 362 of this title as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.

Sec. 20. authority of the railroad retirement board (a) The Board may prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out its duties under this Act. (b) In carrying out its duties under this Act, the Board may exercise such of the powers, duties, and remedies provided in subsections (a), 45 USC 362. (b), and (d) of section 12 of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
